The Space Clowns are four cosmic jokers, who along with their little robot Bebo, have escaped the notorious CIRCUS DEMENTIS, an ominous circus which is televised all over the galaxy and is a hit with unsuspecting aliens throughout the cosmos. Owned and operated by the popular, but secretly sinister Ringmaster, I.L. Harmum, the circus is perceived by all to be an intergalactic wonderland of fun and merriment. Little do the circus viewers know that the Ringmaster is really a horrible villain, who hypnotizes circus goers and turns them into demented entertainers to perform in his network of twisted circuses all over the galaxy. The ringmaster’s ultimate goal is to turn the entire universe into his very own circus, where he rules as RINGMASTER SUPREME.

After meeting a lost boy whose parents have fallen victim to the Ringmaster’s evil plot, the Space Clowns stumble upon the truth about the circus they perform in and escape in the middle of the night in their own makeshift space ship. Vowing to help the young boy find his parents the Space Clowns travel across the cosmos in search of the Ringmasters secret indoctrination centres which are a small cluster of hidden planets in the Googalactic system where the kidnapped patrons are brainwashed into being twisted circus zombies. The Space Clown’s use their brand of fun and merriment to snap the hypnotized patrons out of the Ringmasters spell and back to freedom.
